Fortifai

ESG compliance platform · UX/UI design on the platform · Webflow build of the marketing site

The problem

Companies facing new ESG and compliance regulation often have no dedicated sustainability team — and even when they do, oversight is scattered across business units, spreadsheets, and one-off surveys. Fortifai needed a product that could turn a slow, manual compliance process into something a lean team could run in weeks, not months.

What I designed (platform)

  • Registration — a two-step flow (email/password, then role and compliance context) that keeps the first ask light and defers detail until the user's committed.
  • Active management dashboard — a status panel and leaderboard surfacing task completion and compliance standing across business units, designed for friendly competition without exposing sensitive data.
  • Policy survey flow — a four-level answer structure that lets stakeholders move fast through predefined options, while still allowing detailed written responses where nuance matters.
  • Financial request submission — a form split into three clear categories so multi-party approval requests stay reviewable instead of becoming a wall of fields.
Outcome The platform is live in production at fortifai.co, supporting companies from lean teams with no dedicated compliance officer up to large enterprises managing multiple subsidiaries. The marketing website used Fortifai's existing design — my role there was building it out in Webflow.

OneFor

Send-money app · UX/UI Designer, 2021–2023 · Figma, Webflow, React

The problem

People with family abroad need a fast, secure way to send money internationally — to kids, family, or someone they want to thank — without carrying cash or fighting a clunky transfer service.

Outcome During my 1 year 9 months as UX/UI Designer at OneFor, I designed across the full product surface — web, mobile, and wearable — in Figma, Webflow, and React. The screens below reflect that period; the product has since been redesigned by others.

Key decisions

  • Low-friction sign-in — email, phone, or social, so onboarding never blocks the first send.
  • User flow — Onboarding → Sign In branches into Inbox, Connections, Wallet, and More, all routing to Send/Request, Bank Transfer, or Invite — any payment action reachable in a few taps.
  • Transactions — filterable history with payment method shown, tap-to-pay via NFC, and PIN/SMS confirmation for security.
  • Web build — the web experience was designed in Figma and built out in Webflow, keeping the same visual system across web, mobile, and watch.
  • Responsive by design — web, mobile, and watch notifications keep users aware of transfers without opening the app.

FAQ

Common questions about the work and how to get in touch.

I'm a Webflow developer and UX/UI designer based in Prishtina, Kosovo. I design and build product interfaces and marketing websites — currently as Webflow Developer at Tive, and previously across fintech, ESG, and e-learning products including OneFor, Fortifai, and Vinfinity.

Figma for UX/UI design. Webflow for CMS-driven sites and landing pages. HubSpot to build forms and track how each campaign performed. On top of core Webflow builds, I use Finsweet for advanced integrations, OneTrust for cookie consent, and Semrush for website audits. I've also worked alongside React engineering teams to hand off and implement designs.

Both. I design interfaces in Figma and then build and maintain the live site in Webflow, so I can take a project from wireframe to a production URL without a handoff gap.

No — I also work from purchased Webflow templates. I've customized bought templates to fit a client's brand, content, and functionality needs for projects not shown in the case studies above.

Mainly fintech and financial services (OneFor, Vinfinity), B2B SaaS and ESG compliance (Fortifai), supply chain visibility (Tive), plus agency and lead-gen sites across ICT services, renewable energy, and construction.

Yes — reach out at nitegashi@gmail.com to talk through scope, timeline, and fit. I'm currently full-time at Tive but open to select freelance and contract projects.

I'm based in Prishtina, Kosovo, and work remotely with clients across Europe and the US — past and current work spans Germany, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and Kosovo-based teams.

Let's work together

Have a project in mind? I'd love to hear about it.

Hi, I'm Nite — a Webflow developer and UX/UI designer based in Prishtina, Kosovo. I like taking a project from a rough idea or an existing brand all the way to something live and working, whether that means designing a product from scratch or building out a design someone else created.

Over the past few years I've worked across fintech, ESG compliance, e-learning, and agency sites — for teams in Kosovo, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, and the US. I care about the details: forms that don't frustrate people, flows that don't need explaining, and sites that actually load fast and hold up in production.

If you've got a project — big, small, half-formed, or fully scoped — I'm happy to talk it through.
